Some one asked me, “What is something you believe to be true that nobody else agrees with you on?”

I responded — Have a Vision, for your Passion and not out of Compulsion”. Learn what you want to pursue as part of your passion. Surely, people will not agree upon this now. In fact, I still do not have, my close mates not agreeing upon with the above statement.

All these years, people have preached that, score good marks/grades in our schooling and we will have a very good career and life going ahead. But, what I realized was, scoring good marks/grades in the subjects that we study in our schooling are not at all helping us in our career or life in any way. We study all the subjects out of compulsion, not due to passion and finally end up in the state of confusion. The State of Confusion, I mean here is, in order to decide upon which stream to choose in Higher Secondary, which Graduate program to choose and to which job we want to get into. All these not any way closer towards our passion.

Our education system will not change. However, we can change our thinking and approach towards education. Educate our kids and future generations to start learning what they like and not to enforce them to learn what we like. This way, I believe that, lot of new ideas, inventions and innovations will prosper from the young minds. I am not totally against the current way, we preach education, however we need to update it according to the current trends.
